quaint little sun porchI say potentially to play it safe. We have been through inspections, due diligence periods, earnest money checks have been cashed....closing is set for October 6th. We are VERY excited and can't wait to move in and out of this apartment. We miss playing in the yard, playing in the sprinkler, running in the grass, drawing with sidewalk chalk in our own driveway, and just being outside! Pray that everything goes very smoothly and we will be homeowners again in October. The couple that currently owns the house has been there for 40 years and raised their children there. They are moving into a retirement home and seem very sad to leave. Pray for them, too. I wish we could just let them stay, but we don't have the same decorating ideas. Updates soon!
