What a weekend! The Newmans came to visit and left this morning. We had an action packed weekend. Stella had her Halloween party at school on Friday, Trick or Treating on Saturday, and shopping on Sunday. Stella was really shy at first about trick or treating until she realized that she would get candy. From then on, she was a pro! The weather was pretty nasty, but we still went out for a bit. We came back home to eat dinner and had so many trick or treaters. Stella loved greeting them at the door, handing out candy, and depositing more into her own bucket. She hasn't even asked for it, so I guess she doesn't realize that it is hers to keep. We probably won't get away with that next year. Anyway, it was a successful first for us and now we are looking forward to the Brunette visit and Stella's 3rd birthday this coming weekend. Can't believe she is going to be 3. More updates to come!
